“We engaged Reddan to oversee the complete refurbishment of a 4 storey CBD building. From the very start the project team, headed by Jason Perlstein and Justin Traitsis, were able to offer innovative and practical solutions to the big structural challenges and also sharp attention to detail to the smallest of aesthetic or regulatory matters. Critically too, they showed strong control over the project budget. Further, they demonstrated great skill in negotiating with and managing a myriad of parties including the builder, designers, surveyors and council - a real flair to keeping the project moving forward during arguably the most testing building conditions in Australia in decades. The team kept us proactively in the loop, managing a tight and immovable commercial timeline and importantly were always available to us and easy to liaise with.
